Four 90-minute interactive virtual workshops combining practical content, real-world application, and ample time for Q&A, giving participants direct access to our facilitators for personalized, expert guidance and real-time coaching.
A dedicated 30-minute coaching session with the Aster Talent program leader of choice that will focus on the participant’s individual goals, specific questions, and development opportunities. This time can also be used for resume review or preparation for an upcoming interview.
